Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by The Talent Warehouse AI ("TTW AI"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

1.1 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, training materials, strategies, videos, methods, and private links provided by TTW AI. Unauthorized disclosure or distribution is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Any unauthorized sharing of TTW AI content shall constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages.

2. Liability and Legal Compliance

2.1 TTW AI shall not be liable for any legal, financial, or reputational consequences arising from your use of its services, including but not limited to SMS marketing, email marketing, and cold calling.

2.2 You acknowledge that such activities may carry legal risks depending on your jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations before implementation.

2.3 TTW AI disclaims responsibility for, and shall not be held liable for, any regulatory penalties, claims, disputes, damages, or legal actions arising from your activities.

3. Misuse of AI and Prohibited Conduct

3.1 You shall not use TTW AI products, services, or resources for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unethical purposes, including but not limited to generating misleading content, spamming, harassment, impersonation, or fraudulent schemes.

3.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTW AI, its affiliates, officers, and partners from any claims, penalties, or expenses arising from misuse of AI technologies provided by TTW AI.

3.3 TTW AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately in cases of suspected or actual misuse of its services.

4. Billing and Payment Responsibilities

4.1 You must provide and maintain valid billing information for all services rendered, including SMS, email, and cold calling services delivered through partner platforms such as GoHighLevel.

4.2 All costs incurred through your use of such platforms are your responsibility. If TTW AI incurs costs on your behalf due to missing billing information, you agree to reimburse TTW AI promptly upon invoice.

5. Indemnification

5.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTW AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of TTW AI services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Any business activities carried out using TTW AI services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTW AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenues, or data. In no event shall TTW AI’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. General

7.1 TTW AI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

7.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TTW AI and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral.

7.3 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
